Black Wednesday

Delhi.....Capital of India.where everything is so fast and managed but this wednesday became the black wednesday for delhities. Like everyday, on 7th September 2011 people gathered in highcourt but no one knew that in few minutes many innocent life would be end. A high intensity briefcase bomb rocked the crowded reception area of the Delhi court killing 12 people and injuring more than 80 in a major terror attack that struck the capital.

Delhi High Court

The blast occured at 10:14 AM between gate no. 4 & 5 when around 200 visitors mostly litigants were waiting in queue to get passes to enter the premises. Several lawyers were also present at that time. They came from different places for justice but got dead bodies of their dear ones....severed limbs and pieces of flesh lay strewn on the ground.

Though unverified, Islamic terror outfit HUJI (harkat-ul-jihad-islami) and IM (Indian Mujaheddin) has claimed the bombing but what is truly shocking is that the blast comes barely four months after a low intensity bomb went off at the same court.Given the precedent one would have expected adequate security measures to be put in place to avoid a repeat but despite the Delhi highcourtbeing a high value target in the heart of the national capital not even metal detectors and CCTV surveillance were in place. This speaks of an extraordinarily lax security culture.
Many politicians came and show the sympathy toward the people who are injured or dead.Government promises to give 4 lakhs to the family who lost their relatives in this bomb blast. But is this enough???
Can money fill the place of a son for a mother, a husband for a wife, a father for the child???

The challenge is to convert our security apparatus from a reactive to a preventive force. If our techniques and training are backward, we shouldn't hesitate to learn from foreign security agencies whose counter terror record is much better !!!
India is our country and it's our responsibility to save our country....Be united....Jai Hind !!!

Ehsaas........

un leharo ke paar ek raasta dikhai padta hai,
hone wali hai raat fir bhi suraj ki talaash hai,
kyu doobte hue bhi har ghadi karwa paas dikhai padta hai,
yaadein dhundli pad gayi hai auron ke liye,
bas kabhi kabhi unka aks chehre par dikhai padta hai,

jo pana tha ab door hai vo,
kyu hoga gam majboor nahi,
is khamosh duniya mai mujhe meri jeet ka jashn sunai padta hai
ek pyara sa ehsaas hai vo,
hai door magar dil ke paas hai vo,
labo pe naa hai uske,
fir kyu uski gehri si aankho mai mujhe pyaar dikhai padta hai.....

valentines day special

Valentines day...........hmmm  the name makes me delight because in our hindi movies it is just like a festivals for couples,,,,,,,,,(oh sorry sorry) not only in our hindi movies but it is also a festival in colleges.Generally people feels that it is only the day where you can share ur feelings openly to your loved ones.

Fortunately i also had the opportunity to give a debate on this beautiful topic.  I was very nervous because I did not know the feeling and frankly speaking the importance of this day.Anyways I started my debate, every one included my friends staring at me because of my image which was of a very shy girl. The jury was smiling but I was unaware of all these things because of my eyes closed. My actual agenda was to come out of my old image;););) .Finally I opened my eyes by the sound of claps.I felt proud afterall I had spoken something, which was not my subject.

Well........after three years of this incident, today I am very happy because 14 february 2011 is my first valentines day officially.Every one can notice the heights of exhilaration on my face and in behaviour too. Today we had a little fray but i know he will understand me. He also knows that he cannot hide his misery because he has a chipku girlfriend who can feel his problems by only his tone and today this chipku girlfriend promises that she will never leave you and will be your valentine forever.
with lots of love and care,,,,,,,
happy valentines day:-):-):-)

kuch meri kalam se

jaane kya chahte hai vo
kabhi hansate hai to kabhi rulate hai vo
hum to ye bhi nahi jante
kya vakai hume chahte hai vo
kyu hum karte hai unka intezaar hamesha
kyu unki baatein hume karti hai pareshan
agar unke dil mai kuch hai
to kyu chupate hai vo
dekhte hai door se par milne par najre churate hai vo
jante hai vo bhi shayad ki hume bohat yaad ate hai vo
nahi jante hum ki dil mai unke kya hai
par muskurakar ek aas bandha jaate hai vo............

End of an innocent life

As this issue is little bit old and everybody knows its adverse effect, even then no body is ready to remove this evil.yes i am talking about "Dowry System".

If we organize a debate, i am damn sure, many of people will come to stage and give lectures because for them it is just a speech as they are not suffered by this evil.It can happens with any girl and i can also be the victim of this evil which destroy not only the life of a girl but her whole family...........

Parents give gifts to their daughter at the time of her marriage just because to help her financially and actually in this there is no problem because giving gift to someone is a part of our culture and when parents give gifts to their daughter,it becomes sign of love and care. But now a days the definition is changed......now the groom's family think that taking dowry is our right and if the bride's parents deny to fulfill their unethical demands, the life of the girls will be in trouble.

We generally think that this only happens in arrange marriages where both the parties are not known and understanding between them is less as compared to love marriage where probability of demand is low. I also thought the same but today, one incident changed my perception. Meera was very beautiful and worked for xyz company. She was in love and wanted to marry with him. He also loved her and there was no problem as such.Everything was fine and they were happy because their parents were ready for the marriage.Meera was very excited as she was going to enter in a new life,a happy married life with a life partner of her choice but she did not know that this is only a dream and her smile is going to be off after a phone call.

That call changed her life. The call was of her boyfriend before one day of her engagement. He refused to marry her just because her parents were not able to give his family the amount they demanded.Meera and her parents tried to convince him but he replied "In our family,we are not allowed to interfere in elder's matter because they are much experienced & responsible and  by the way they are not doing anything wrong because it is our right".
The girl loved him very much and these words were just like poison for her. all her dreams were broken up and in depression she chose a horrible way and ended her life by shot herself....the eyes of that beautiful girl was closed forever with lots of unfulfilled dreams.

In my view the way she selected, was wrong. There was also an option in front of her, which was chosen by Maithili (Mahima Choudhary) in the movie LAJJA where she stand up from mandap and ordered them(the groom and his family members) to leave the place. It was a brave decision because they all deserved that.

Meera was just an example but the reality is, in our country million of girls are suffering from this evil and many dowry cases are in our court. There are strong law against it, i am not denying but why the death rate of the  girls is not decreasing. There are some questions for the whole country,,,,,,,,

why people are so free to demand for dowry........???
why after many year of independence, girls are not free....???
why the family of a girl has to give money even if they are giving them their beautiful daughter.....???
The main reason behind this evil is the support of the girl's family. They ignore the guilt and give the groom and his family what they want.......
now the question is,why they do not raise their voice against this evil and why people like you and me wake up after the death of meera....why???????
